- Room Up grade to Lake View Room (better view) at Fort Munnar @ Rs 1000 per Package.

EXTRA PERSON AND CHILD POLICY :
- Child upto 5 years will be accommodated on complimentary basis without extra bed.
- Child from 6-12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed per room, subject to a maximum of 2 children, as per extra person rate - for each child.
- Person above 12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed, subject to a maximum of one person, as per extra person rate

CANCELLATION AND REFUND RULES :
- 30 Days advance notice : Full refund
- 30 Days – 15 Days advance notice : 50% Refund
- Less than 15 Days advance notice : No Refund
- Retention will be levied for all days of confirmed booking in case of No Show.
- Peak Period: No Refund for bookings during Peak Period, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
